Rental Terms
All vehicle rentals will be governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your obligations for that rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria
Renting a vehicle requires:
- To hire a vehicle in Burton-on-Trent, you must be at least 21 years old, though age restrictions can vary depending on the vehicle type, with possible extra charges for drivers under 25. A valid full driving licence that corresponds to the vehicle category is required, along with identification and proof of your current address. Booking and Payment Options
- Reservations can be arranged via our website, by phone, or directly at our Burton-on-Trent office. A deposit might be necessary to confirm your booking. The complete payment and security deposit are generally due at the time of vehicle pick-up. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Cancellation and Amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice given. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Late cancellations or failure to show up may incur fees.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited uses of the vehicle:
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or other risky pursuits is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Sub-letting or allowing unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not designed for, nor should passenger or weight limits be exceeded. Driving outside of the agreed geographical area without prior authorization is also prohibited.
Breach of terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Burton-on-Trent will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.

These Terms are regulated by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be addressed by the courts of England and Wales.
